Carly's motto is "listen to your client's needs, wants, and concerns, and they will never feel like it is just a transaction." It's about finding solutions and easing them through to the next step in buying and /or selling a home. With this exceptional attitude combined with a strong work ethic, it is no wonder that Carly has achieved the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS Lifetime Member Circle of Excellence Award in 2018. She also received the Open Hearts and Hands Award in 2016 for her Pay IT Forward With Property charitable initiatives. She averaged in the top 12% of her local entire MLS in 2015-2017 while also being awarded the top 7% of all agents in her franchise in 2017. In 2018, Carly joined Keller Williams as a co-leader of the #1 Market Center in the South Florida Region of Keller Williams Tampa Properties located in Tampa, FL. In 2019, she was given the opportunity to lead KW Innovations in Boynton Beach, FL as the Team Leader. Carly had the pleasure of leading, coaching, and consulting over 500 agents during this time. Carly leads her team throughout SE Georgia and NE Florida in the KW Golden Isles and KW Jacksonville Beach market centers. Originally from New Bern, North Carolina, Carly attended Mt. Olive University and obtained a degree in Business Administration and Organizational Development. In 1999, Carly started her career in the Mortgage Finance Industry, she held a variety of leadership positions for over 22 years. She has been a military spouse for 30 years and advocates for all veterans and their families. She is the fiercely proud mom to son and daughter. She is a believer that strong communities result from involved community members, she currently serves on the Board of Directors with United Way of Coastal Georgia.
